What: UAA IT Services will be removing and preventing email forwards to non-UA email destinations beginning Monday, September 19 at 10 AM to Tuesday, September 20 at 4 PM.

Why: This policy is intended to better protect University and student information and to comply with UA policy. This policy was previously communicated in 2020. UAA IT will begin enforcing the policy.

Result: This change impacts current employees only. On September 19, 2022, forwarding addresses on your UA work email account will be automatically removed. This change does not impact non-employees, including students and student employees. More details are available in the announcement in the Green and Gold.
