What: UAA IT Services will be renewing the certificates for me.UAA beginning Friday, January 20 at 5:45 AM to 6:30 AM.
Why: The certificates will expire 25 January.
Result: Updating the certificates requires a brief interruption to me.UAA. To minimize any issues while resetting or changing passwords, me.UAA will be made unavailable for at least 15 minutes before the interruption is expected.
Any Issues: If you experience issues looking up your account, or resetting, or changing your password after the certificates are renewed, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.
