Zoom Workplace disappearing from UAA Windows computers
Investigating - We have received reports of the Zoom Workplace app disappearing from UAA Windows computers. Our engineers are investigating the issue. As a workaround, please open the Software Center app and reinstall Zoom Workplace: https://service.alaska.edu/TDClient/36/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=697

Monitoring - The functionality to the UAF/System Office instance of ELMO has been restored and we are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Investigating - We are currently investigating issues when logging into the UAF/System Office instance of ELMO.

The UAA & UAS instances of ELMO are functioning normally and should be used as a workaround while we investigate this issue.

Scheduled - ACS will be performing circuit maintenance to diversify connections between Alaska and the lower 48. University Network Engineers will confirm traffic after the change has been made. Only the circuit between Fairbanks and Seattle will be impacted. Expected user experience should be two momentary outages as traffic converges when the maintenance begins, and once again when it ends.
