Scheduled - This change will block unauthorized Zoom Software Development Kits (SDKs, specifically those that are AI Bots) from accessing our UA Zoom meetings and webinars.
Due to FERPA and HIPAA data security concerns, the only AI platform allowed to be used in UA’s Zoom instance, is Zoom’s ZMO (Zoom-Model Only LLM) AI Companion that restricts access to all third-party LLMs that Zoom might otherwise employ, and is the only configuration allowed for Higher-Ed institutions with a HIPAA BAA. Thus, all other “AI BOT” Zoom SDKs will be blocked from being able to access our meetings and webinars, potentially exposing our data to security risks.

Identified - We’ve determined that some new University students, faculty and staff cannot access Microsoft 365 applications upon initial login.
This problem may impact multiple users across the system due to a malfunction in automatic licensing.
We’re working to restore Microsoft 365 automatic licensing however during the interim please contact the Technical Support Center at (907) 786-4646.
