What: UAA IT Services will be updating the certificate for the UAA Wireless Network for the Anchorage, MatSu, and Valdez campuses beginning Friday, July 26 at 9 PM to 10 PM.

Why: The current certificate will be expiring soon and needs to be replaced.

Result: Anyone using the UAA Wireless Network will need to accept and trust the new certificate.

Any Issues: If you experience issues connecting to the UAA Wireless Network after the certificate update, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.

Update - We’ve received reports that the ‘Zoom Workplace’ desktop app has disappeared from UAA Windows computers due to an unexpected update. If you can’t find the app, try using Windows Search at the bottom of your screen. If it does not load or you cannot find it by searching, you can reinstall it from our ‘Software Center’ app, which is accessible through Windows Search.

Our engineers are actively investigating this change.
