What: UAA IT Services will be updating the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) policy for Microsoft 365 (M365) beginning Friday, August 12 at 12 PM to 4 PM.
Why: To support future Microsoft requirements and enhance login security.
Result: The M365 login process will require tapping a button to open Duo MFA after submitting your email and password.
Any Issues: If you experience issues logging into M365 after the MFA policy update, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.
