What: UAA IT Services will be migrating the phone system beginning Friday, December 19 at 12 PM to 5 PM.
Why: To enhance the performance, reliability, and security of our phone system.
Result: Some users may experience temporary call failures or dropped calls while routes update and services re-register. We will monitor the system in real time and rollback our changes immediately if there is an issue.
Any Issues: If you experience issues making or receiving calls after the phone system migration, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.
