We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting Microsoft A1 Plus licenses. As a result, some users may temporarily lose access to desktop Office applications, especially Adjunct Faculty and Crafts & Trades employees. However, you can continue to use all Microsoft 365 online apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) through your web browser by opening from OneDrive or going to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/create.
Our team is actively working with Microsoft and organizational leadership to identify and implement a long-term solution. We appreciate your patience while this issue is being addressed.
