The OIT Telecommunications team has resolved the issue with the Cisco Agent service. After the certificate renewal this weekend, a logout was needed for all Agent users. Thank you again for your patience during the resolution of this issue!

We have received reports that UAF phone lines utilizing call queues are currently experiencing issues. The OIT Telecommunications team is currently aware and investigating, and we will be making updates at 1-hour intervals.
