MECM (SCCM) primary site server version is out of date and needs to be upgraded to a more recent version of 2509. This version includes all the hot fixes for our current version that have not been installed yet. It mostly just requires a newer version of .NET Framework and a SQL ODBC driver update for the MECM site servers. The upgrade process will entail installing prerequisites on all site servers, taking backups of SQL database, ensuring backups are valid, and taking snapshots of the servers before commencing with the upgrade process. Clients will be upgraded by the site server after successful implementation of the update.
