What: UAA IT Services will be updating me.UAA beginning Friday, April 4 at 6:15 AM to 7:30 AM.

Why: The ELMO software update for me.UAA adds an option to opt into Verified Push for Duo MFA.

Result: Starting at 6:15 AM, me.UAA will be offline for account lookups and password changes. Once the update is complete, me.UAA will be available again.

While me.UAA is unavailable, you can use UAS ELMO as a workaround.

Any Issues: If you experience issues looking up your account, or changing your password after me.UAA is updated, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Support Center.
