This change will update our Zoom user license provisioning for Employee users, to bring our account into compliance with Zoom’s TOS requirements for Enterprise Education Employee licensing. Previously we were under-licensed for Employees, that will be corrected with our updated contract starting July 1, 2026. Going forward all University Employees will have Essentials licensing.
