Update - Per OIT EAS, the employee UAOnline page issue has been resolved by the vendor. We still have not had any new updates regarding the Banner slowness, however.

Update - OIT EAS has been made aware that Employee Self-Service Banner (UAOnline) pages are loading slowly for some users, with mixed results when switching to different web browsers, suspecting the underlying issue is with a particular Ellucian server. This has been reported to the vendor, and they are investigating.
General Banner speeds are otherwise still stable and being monitored.

Update - The process that has been slowing down Banner has been killed by vendor, we are expecting to see normal performance. We are still in monitoring at this point.
