The former Banner Admin 9 URL of https://bannerxe.alaska.edu:9049/ will be removed from service. Those currently using this bookmark or browser autocompletion will no longer be able use this link to connect to Banner. An intermediate page has been put into place to guide people to update their Banner link to the current service URL location. After the completion of this change, the URL will no longer forward to the intermediate page.

Result: The Mailing List website, and list message transmission will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Messages sent to the lists will be queued for delivery once maintenance is completed.

Identified - UAA IT Services has identified the root cause of the FoxIt Pro license issue.

In the mean time, FoxIt Pro may cease to function. To read PDFs, your browser or Adobe Acrobat Reader are workarounds.

We are have contacted our vendor for assistance, but are unlikely to hear back until tomorrow.

We will update when we have more information from the vendor.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented; print.alaska.edu is accepting uploads, and Pharos/Student printers are online. The underlying networking issue that caused these outages has been resolved, so we expect this to be a stable solution. Identified - Pharos/student printers are partially functional and usable for scanning, but are continuing to have difficulty connecting to our print servers. The responsible team has been made aware of this issue and is troubleshooting now. We are actively communicating with our vendor and expect a full resolution shortly.
