Scheduled - An update is being pushed to an estimated less than 60 managed MacOS devices to update the version of Foxit PDF Editor that is installed. This is a proactive deployment of the version of Foxit Editor (14.x.x) to fix an upcoming subscription license expiration on 11/28/25. The update will start automatically & silently 11/24/25 9:00 am AKST.
If the Foxit application is open during the update, the users will be prompted: "Please save your work and close Foxit PDF Editor. The update will proceed after you click OK and close the app." The prompt will loop for as long as the application stays running, ensuring that the prompt can not be ignored or data lost due to unforeseen application quitting. Once the application has been safely closed, the currently installed version will be uninstalled, and the new version will be installed. Users will be required to sign back in via SSO.

Identified - We’ve determined that some new University students, faculty and staff cannot access Microsoft 365 applications upon initial login.
This problem may impact multiple users across the system due to a malfunction in automatic licensing.
We’re working to restore Microsoft 365 automatic licensing however during the interim please contact the Technical Support Center at (907) 786-4646.
